Recently two Model S cars made the journey from Los Angeles to New York in 76 hours encountering road closures, blizzards and 12 inches of snow. With the expansion of the Supercharger network (which according to Tesla founder Elon Musk currently covers 80% of US citizens and will cover the high 90% by the end of the year), travel is forever free and powered by sunlight.
